Cywiak and Company LLP was formed in 1982 by Aaron Cywiak, CPA and David Cywiak, CPA. Sam Cywiak, CPA joined shortly thereafter. The firm now consists of four partners and nine additional professionals and a specialized tax attorney.  The firm maintains regional offices in New York City and Brooklyn, New York to service a large clientele located in the tri-state area, in addition to many out of state clients.  The firm offers a wide array of services from bookkeeping to financial statement preparation to tax planning and preparation.

The firm’s diversified clientele consists of major real estate operators and real estate developers in New York City and Florida, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, etc., many of whom require compilation, review, and audited financial statements.  In connection with its real estate clients, the firm has been approved to prepare financial statements by various major banks  and major real estate investors and REITS. These banks and funds have come to rely on Cywiak and Company LLP’s financial statements for their accuracy and clarity.  The firm has passed its peer review examinations every time.
